What counts as a query?
Every question you ask about your data counts as one query. Follow-up questions also count as separate queries. Viewing your dashboard or uploading a CSV does not count.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Database credentials are encrypted at rest using AES encryption. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We don't use your data to train AI models, and we never share your data with third parties.
What databases do you support?
PostgreSQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and SQLite. You can also upload CSV files for instant analysis without any database setup.
Can I try before paying?
Absolutely. The Free plan includes 50 queries with full access to all analytics features. We also provide a demo e-commerce dataset so you can explore without connecting your own data.
When is Pro launching?

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All paid plans are billed monthly with no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime from your account settings.
