1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Eulera ("Service"), available at eulera.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Eulera is an AI-powered data analytics platform that allows users to connect databases, upload CSV files, and query their data using natural language. The Service generates SQL queries, visualizations, and business insights using artificial intelligence.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using Google Sign-In or email OTP verification. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Upload data containing malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service beyond normal usage
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
• Use the Service to process data you do not have the legal right to process

5. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you upload or connect to Eulera. We do not claim ownership of your data. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the data you provide.

When you connect a database or upload a CSV file, your data is processed temporarily to generate analytics. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to generate SQL queries, charts, and business analysis narratives. AI-generated content is provided "as-is" and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information. You should independently verify any insights before making business decisions based on them.

Eulera is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or business advice.

7. Usage Limits

The Service includes usage limits that may vary by plan:

• Free tier: Limited queries per account
• Per-chat message limits apply
• Rate limiting (maximum queries per minute) is enforced to ensure fair usage

We reserve the right to modify usage limits at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from Service downtime.

9. Data Retention

Your account data (profile, chat history, database connector configurations) is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. CSV uploads are stored temporarily and may be cleared during system maintenance. You can delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

10. Intellectual Property

The Eulera platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Eulera. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written consent.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Google OAuth, Google Gemini AI, and cloud database providers. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party service providers.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eulera and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is greater.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at connect@eulera.app.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
